In the era of Pinterest Paralysis, we’re left with a scatter brain of ideas and expectations. Allow me to help organize, strategize, and guide you through the process of achieving your design dream. With sound advice, solid negotiations, and guidance, my goal will always be to bring your vision to life.
More than a designer, I’m a negotiator. I’m fiercely loyal, and advocate for my clients throughout their entire project. To me, it’s more than just good customer service, it’s wanting your clients to have the smoothest process possible
I was a realtor for two years, before moving to Wilmington, NC and transferring to UNCW. During my time at UNCW, I worked my tushy off full time as a bartender, perfecting my sales and marketing skills in the Wilmington area. I was interning at the Dept. of Public Safety, all while working and going to school full time…AND had a part time virtual assistant position for a medical transcription company. Woof. I was a busy bee, living off the Carolina sunshine and caramel macchiato. However, I pride myself on dependability and grit. I wouldn’t have done it any other way.
In 2015, I moved home to Western Howard County, and obtained my certificate as a Professional Home Stager. I worked primarily with other real estate agents and interior designers, to help bring homes to life, before hitting the market. I originally had started at HCC right out of high school, working on an interior design degree, so going back to the field felt very natural. I obtained my real estate license again in 2020, while sitting through quarantine watching Disney movies, with my two small toddlers at home. During this same time, I started working as the office manager of a DJ company out of Carroll County, MD. While working for IDProDJ, I felt very drawn to helping our clients, not only with preparing the entertainment for their event, but in assisting them with finding other vendors and helping them to plan and design. Within no time, I was booking coordination, design and planning events, while booking our DJs for gigs.
I now live on the state line, in the mountains of Western Maryland + Pennsylvania. My husband and I designed and built a home on our family’s 84-acre mountain estate. Let’s be real, I call it the funny farm. Every morning I go to let our family dog out, there is either a cow, a chicken, or a turkey in my front yard. Absolute craziness around here, but, they don’t call me a chaos coordinator for nothin’.
