“Don’t decide to grow a garden. Decide to become a gardener. Just go ahead and sign up for the long haul. This is something that you’re going to do, year after year. You’re never going to arrive, you’re going to keep learning.” Jessica Sowards, Roots and Refuge Farm

Learn How to Create a Stunning Garden for Your Home

If you think I’m here to tell you that I can solve all of your garden problems, I’m afraid you’re very much mistaken. There is no perfect gardener. Even your favorite YouTube gardening personalities struggle with gardening. However, that’s not a reason to give up. It’s a grueling process, but with proper planning and design, it can make your life a little easier.

One of the biggest issues that beginner gardeners run into is wanting to grow it all! That’s great, we all want to have large and lavish gardens that grow all of your food possible. However, it’s smart to start out small in the beginning, to get your footing. Brunk + Co. walks you through your planning and design process, when starting a garden. We help you order any and all supplies that you’ll need for a great beginners garden, supply you with the best resources to maintain your garden, and support you with monthly coaching for all your headaches and struggles along the way.

Coaching

I’m incredibly passionate about gardening, but I also feel drawn to helping others grow their own food and become more sustainable. What I love most is connecting with others, and helping them reach their kitchen garden goals. It takes a lot more than planting a single seed in the ground, to get a garden going. I’m able to virtually help coach you through your planning and design process, as well as help you source quality products and resources to make your garden grow. This is only a coaching program, planning and design is a separate package.

Planning + Design

Just like interiors and events, the tedious details of planning, even a garden that will bring you joy and sustenance for years to come, can be overwhelming. Not knowing what to plant, where to plant it, what materials and soil to use… it’s the tremendous amount of factors that send people into brain fog and indecisiveness.

Did you know tomatoes and corn compete for nutrients if they’re planted next to each other? Did you know that cucumber will take on any strong herb flavors, if planted next to something like rosemary or basil? These are the things you’ll need to know when planning a garden. By giving your Brunk + Co. planner a list of vegetables you’d want in your garden, along with dimensions and photos of the area, we supply you with a full plan, drawing and materials list, to create your dream kitchen garden. The planning package also includes bi-weekly coaching meetings to bounce off any struggles and questions you have.
